Hace falta confort en las habitaciones, excelente servicio y atención, solo hacer un poco más cálidas y acogedoras las habitaciones. La ubicación excelente, cerca del centro de Cd. Madero, de plazas comerciales y en punto crucial donde se puede tomar sin problema el camino a la playa Miramar!
Un lugar muy agradable...es una construcción que tiene sus años que siempre he admirado mucho. Recuerdo cuando vivían familias ahí... después se fue transformando..y tuvieron la genial de hacerlo Hotel.. excelente su personal.. lo se porque ahí se hospedaron Familiares míos...un autobús...de Venado,S.L.P...su amplio Salón para eventos....y su Restaurante con su comida muy rica.
This place was amazing. I enjoyed my stay while I was here and the people behind the service desk were always more than amazing accommodating for the room and room I got for family. The ladies that do the cleaning are very good people and are very kind and sweet. I spoke to Many of them and they all were very respectful and attentive and I was very appreciative. I will be coming back to this location all the time for my future visits.

Las habitaciones cumplen para dormir y bañarse. Le falta actualizarce y remodelarse. Podría ser buena idea tener alberca.
Acudimos al restaurante a desayunar sirven desayuno tipo buffet con buena variedad de platillos con buen sazón, el café de muy buena calidad, el servicio es muy atento, el lugar muy limpio agradable y con buen ambiente. No me he hospedado en el hotel voy periódicamente al restaurante. Sin cambios, mantienen sus estándares, buen menú de buffet el trato permanece muy bueno.
